Whether you are facing challenges related to intimacy, trust, or other issues, I can help you work through them and achieve greater satisfaction in your relationship.
My family counseling services are designed to help families overcome challenges related to communication, conflict, and other issues. I will work with families to identify strengths and weaknesses, improve communication and problem-solving skills, and develop a stronger sense of cohesion and support.

My child and adolescent counseling services are designed to help young people overcome a range of challenges, including anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, and more. I will use evidence-based techniques to help children and teens develop coping skills, improve self-esteem, and achieve greater success in school and other areas of life.

Accelerated Resolution Therapy® (ART) is a brief, structured psychotherapy that helps people resolve 

distressing memories and symptoms by reprocessing how those memories are stored in the brain; often in 

as little as one session. ART integrates eye-movement techniques with image rescripting to reduce 

emotional and physiological reactivity while clients stay in control throughout the process. Through ART, 

clients are able to erase negative images associated with memories, resulting in the elimination of 

corresponding triggers while preserving the factual memory.
